About the role
As an Associate Art Director at Ontenet Digital Ltd., you will lead creative execution, maintain design quality, and guide the creative team in delivering impactful branding, marketing, and digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present creative concepts to clients, and ensure every project meets the highest creative standards.
Responsibilities
- Transform creative briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of branding, campaigns, and digital creative assets.
- Mentor and guide designers through feedback and creative direction.
- Apply storytelling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to create impactful visual solutions.
- Develop moodboards and storyboards to communicate creative direction, visualize concepts, and ensure alignment before final execution.
- Prepare and present creative concepts, proposals, and pitch materials to clients collaborating with cross-functional team.
- Review and ensure the quality (QC) and consistency of all creative deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
Must Have
- 6+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Agency experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, 3D Animation and Figma
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
