About the role
As a Senior Marketing Strategist at Ontenet Digital Ltd., you will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and create market opportunities. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing, Creative, and Product Development teams to ensure strategic alignment, effective execution, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights
- Create strategic roadmaps for brand positioning, customer acquisition, and market expansion
- Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and business performance
Brand Development & Positioning:
- Define and strengthen brand positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaigns and brand assets
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to refine branding strategies
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution:
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless strategy execution
- Align marketing initiatives with product objectives and business priorities
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Business Growth:
- Track and analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and business impact
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data, insights, and market trends
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Drive continuous optimization to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or business development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience targeting, sales funnels, and campaign planning
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of branding, market positioning, and customer engagement
Preferred:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, and product development environments
- Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of performance marketing and growth-focused strategies
- Exposure to international markets and global business environments
