UI/UX Designer

Mohakhali DOHS Full TimeMid Level, Senior LevelDesignNegotiableWeekend: Sunday

About the role

We're hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer who will turn client requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and polished, developer-ready interfaces, working directly alongside our Frontend Developer and Full-Stack Developer to ensure that what gets designed is exactly what ships, without any translation loss along the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create design solutions from start to finish. Translate client and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Present your work clearly to the responsible team and international clients online. Explain your design choices/story confidently.
  • Review and identify usability problems and suggest fixes.
  • Use strong visual elements such as hierarchy, typography, and color theory in your designs.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and usable, and maintain the design system.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other team members.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize your work. Keep the quality high across all projects.

Requirements
  •  3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally on web apps or SaaS products rather than marketing sites alone.
  • A portfolio demonstrating full-cycle UX thinking: research → wireframes → prototypes → shipped UI.
  • Strong, efficient Figma skills — auto layout, components, variants, prototyping.
  • Solid grasp of responsive/mobile-first design and basic accessibility (WCAG) principles.
  • Enough understanding of React/Next.js/Tailwind CSS to design within real technical constraints and speak the developers’ language.
  • Strong written and spoken English; comfortable presenting and defending design decisions directly to clients.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, familiarity with storyboard and layout.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms or mobile apps (iOS/Android).
  • Basic motion design skills (Framer Motion, Lottie, or similar) for interactive prototypes.
  • Familiarity with shadcn/ui or similar component-based design systems.
  • Prior agency experience juggling multiple concurrent client projects.

Benefits
  • Performance bonus, 2 festival bonuses, and yearly leave encashment
  • Collaborative and growth-focused work environment
  • Opportunity to work with global clients
  • Fully subsidized lunch, unlimited snacks, tea, and coffee
