Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Development, UI/UX, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, priorities, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Conduct project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth communication among
- all clients and internal team members.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or challenges and take proactive measures to resolve them.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, IT, software, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital services such as web development, UI/UX, branding, creative
- design, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional teams
- simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Jira or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different time zones based on business and client requirements.
